It was few days back that in the lower parts of India 3 young people were encountered by the police. The police says that the victims prompted them to fire at them while they were in police custody while others are of the opinion that the police killed them under public pressure.

They had thrown acid on the face of 2 girls blinding them because one of the girl rejected their love plea. It is not a case happening for the first time. It has happened in the past many times, sometimes the people get to know about it and sometimes they don’t.

The question that remains to be asked is, is it a justified decision by the law keepers. In a way yes, as fearing the late Indian law’s justification and the cruel backdrop of the criminal it is right to give them death for sure but in terms of humanity it is cruel and unjustified.

No individual is above law, not even the police and therefore they cannot kill a so-called criminal. But my view is, if criminal’s like Dawood Ibrahim came into police custody then they should be encountered. We all know that Abu Salem is in our custody but each time he appears on TV he is looking smarter and fitter.

They kind of live a wonderful life there. Not everybody but there are criminals who deserves to be fake encountered by the police, because that is what they deserve, Death by the people and for the people...
